Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days. Shipping is free on all orders.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order here: Order Tracker. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It can take 3–5 days for the tracking status to update—this is perfectly normal.

Why does my tracking information look unusual or show international locations?
Some of our shipping partners use international sorting centers. This is part of our delivery network and does not affect the delivery time.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We plan to serve other markets in the future.

Are the shoes made from high-quality materials?
Yes. All Gafni Ortho shoes are made from high-quality, authentic materials. Over time, each pair may develop its own individual character—a sign of quality and craftsmanship, not a defect.

How do I care for my shoes?
Protect your shoes from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Clean them gently with a soft cloth or brush. For a more thorough cleaning, please use suitable care products for the specific material. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Proper care helps maintain the appearance and extend the lifespan of your shoes.

Can I return my order?
All Gafni Orthos products are offered at final clearance prices. All sales are final—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on sale items. Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact us—we will find a solution.

Can I cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After that, your order is already in the shipping process and can no longer be canceled. To cancel, please send an email to service@gafniortho.com within the first 30 minutes.

What should I do if my shoes arrive damaged?
Contact us at service@gafniortho.com  and send a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement free of charge. The damaged item does not need to be returned.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us at service@gafniortho.com . We will promptly send you the correct pair or offer you a refund—whichever you prefer. There is no need to return the incorrect item.

My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.
Please check the area in front of your house, side entrances, or ask your neighbors—packages are sometimes left in unexpected places. If you still can't find the package after a day or two, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address—just send us an email. Unfortunately, if the shipment is already on its way, changing the delivery address is no longer possible.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please contact us at service@gafniortho.com and we will help you find the best solution.

What colors are available?
Our shoes are available in various colors, including black, brown, blue, white, green, red, gray, burgundy, and more. Please check the individual product page for currently available options.
